Web Video Caster (Recommended)
This is the most reliable method. The native cast feature often fails due to codec issues. "Web Video Caster" acts as a bridge, transcoding the stream perfectly for any TV (Samsung, LG, Roku).
- Download "Web Video Caster" from local Play Store.
- Open Yacine TV & Select a Channel.
- Tap Options > Open with External Player.
- Select "Web Video Caster". It will detect your TV instantly.
Works on Roku & Apple TV too
Troubleshooting Connections
TV Not Found?
The 5GHz WiFi Issue: Most modern routers have two bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz). If your phone is on 5GHz but TV is on 2.4GHz, they might not "see" each other.
Fix: Connect both to the EXACT same network name.
Black Screen on TV?
This happens when the TV doesn't support the raw HLS stream format.
Fix: Use Method #1 (Web Video Caster) instead of direct casting. It converts the video on the fly.
Lag / Buffering
Casting requires double bandwidth (Phone download + Phone upload to TV).
Fix: Move closer to the router or reduce stream quality to SD/Low.
Does it work on Firestick?
Yes! Ideally, install the Yacine TV app *directly* on FireStick using "Downloader" app. Native app is always better than casting for FireStick.
